What to expect?

After you book the initial 2-hour integrative appointment, you will get an email with the linkage to fill out a new patient intake form and consent forms. I will review it before your arrival and collect further information on your visit. Please bring your medical records during your first visit. It normally takes about one hour to collect detailed information, do a thorough physical exam and develop an initial treatment plan.

If you have any health concern listed below, I will help you with an integrative approach tailored to you. Besides acupuncture, I may adjust your medication (with discussion with your doctor who prescribed the medication) or request some further tests, I may teach you a simple breathing meditation to help your anxiety or provide specific techniques to reduce your stress, I may guide you to develop a better daily diet plan or add some natural supplements, I may recommend certain types of exercise specific for your wellness or teach you some particular movements to help you recover faster from certain types of pain or injury.

The goal is to get you to a point where you are in charge of your health. Whenever you have something flares up, physically or mentally, you can employ these tools to recover faster instead of relying on pills chronically which may have some severe side effects.
